Single Account Policy
One account per user, per device, and per household. Creating additional accounts to exploit bonuses, work around a suspension, or for any other reason violates this policy. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and their balances will not be returned.
Keeping Your Account Safe

Bonus Usage
All bonuses offered through PakVIPGame.app come with specific wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. These are communicated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Players who attempt to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will have the bonus portion of their balance removed. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including coordinated play, account sharing, or pattern betting — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.
Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on PakVIPGame.app:
- Using unauthorized scripts, bots, or automation tools
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the platform
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Submitting chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting support
- Impersonating staff, other players, or any third party
- Using funds from illegal sources for deposits
Violations will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support team is considered a breach of these terms. Accounts with active chargebacks will be suspended during the investigation period.
Platform Changes
PakVIPGame.app may update its features, game selection, limits, or policies at any time. Changes will be announced through the app or website. Continued use after any update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing Terms
These Terms & Conditions represent the full agreement between you and PakVIPGame.app. They take precedence over any informal communication from our team unless a formal written amendment is issued.
